Arizona Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) recently honored Villa Hermosa’s Executive Director, Mike Soto, during its “2018 Service in Excellence” Awards luncheon.
The annual award is “presented to an exceptional Executive Director [who] has provided outstanding care and demonstrated through words and deeds an excellent commitment to those entrusted to his/her care”.
Soto was nominated by the staff at Villa Hermosa and was selected by a special committee of ALFA members. In addition to receiving the recognition and a plaque, he’ll be featured on Arizona ALFA’s website as part of the honor.
“It’s very gratifying to be recognized by one of the premier organizations in the senior housing industry,” said Mike Soto. “Making a positive difference in the lives of residents, staff and family members continues to be the most fulfilling aspect of my role as Executive Director.”
Arizona Assisted Living Federation of America (Arizona ALFA) is a not-for-profit trade organization exclusively dedicated to representing Arizona assisted living providers. As the “Voice of Assisted Living,” Arizona ALFA provides information and education for Arizona’s seniors, and advocates for their right to independence, privacy, and choice, including their right to choose where they want to live.
