Our annual “From the Heart” campaign provides an opportunity for SRG residents to support local charities and organizations. At The Village at NorthRidge in California, residents are hosting a lovely breakfast for firefighters. Residents will dine with these brave men and women and thank them for their continued service. And, at La Siena in Arizona, the Desert Mission Food Bank will be the recipient of residents’ generosity. Residents and staff are collecting canned goods for the organization, which aims to combat hunger and bridge nutrition gaps. Thanks to our communities’ maintenance-free lifestyle, residents find they have more time to dedicate to worthy causes and initiatives such as the “From the Heart” initiative.
