SRG Executive Chefs “Dish” with Residents

Each month, our executive chefs and their culinary teams host a “Let’s Dish” session, inviting residents to learn about upcoming menu options. Residents’ feedback is also solicited, and they are encouraged to submit their favorite recipes to be added to the menu. Due to social distancing, SRG senior living communities have reformatted the sessions. Now, from the comfort and safety of their residences, residents can watch on their computers and iPads. Recently, the executive chef Marlon at The Carlisle Naples in Florida showed residents how to create a refreshing stone fruit and grapefruit salad.
