Senior Resource Group has launched a new wellness initiative, “Zest”. As part of the program, daily activities and events at our active retirement communities will be tailored to address residents’ mind, body and soul. It is designed to raise residents’ energy levels while improving their quality of life. Zest is being kicked off at all our communities and will continue throughout the upcoming months with fun, energetic launch parties. Residents will preview upcoming programs and learn about the “Fresh Zest”, the newest addition to the menu which focuses on plant-based diets.
