Each year, the first Sunday after Labor Day marks the annual celebration of National Grandparents Day. Founded in 1978, the day honors the role grandparents play in their families and society. SRG understands the special role of grandparents—teaching lessons about the past while guiding their grandchildren into the future. Several SRG communities, including @TheVillageatNorthRidge in California, offer the perfect venue for grands and great-grands to visit residents. Many families often reserve our Intergenerational room and relish the opportunity to relax, catch up, watch television or play together.
