There’s always a special occasion to celebrate at our communities. Today is the Chinese New Year and our communities across the country are hosting festive parties to mark the occasion. The culinary teams have planned spectacular Asian-inspired hors d’oeuvres such as Crab Rangoon and Pork Dumplings and a delicious Chinese buffet with traditional dishes including Peking Roasted Duck and Sweet & Sour Chicken. The wonderful food coupled with lovely décor is sure to set the tone for a great celebration!
