Intergenerational projects offer a wealth of benefits for young and old alike and give both groups a sense of purpose. Today, fifth-grade students will interview residents at SpringRidge at Charbonneau in Wilsonville, Ore., as part of a Living History project. They’ll return to the active retirement community later in the school year to share the completed project with residents.
