SpringRidge Residents Share WWII Stories
12-7-2017

On December 7, 1941, the United States naval base at Pearl Harbor was attacked. Often regarded as “a day that will live in infamy”, it’s a time to remember those who lost their lives in the attack and during World War II. Our SpringRidge at Charbonneau in Wilsonville, Ore., recently paid tribute to America’s “greatest generation” during a “Where Were You in WWII?” Luncheon. Resident-veterans recounted their military experience and felt it was cathartic to be able to discuss their stories with those who have also served during wartime.
