In honor of Mother’s Day, residents at SpringRidge at Charbonneau in Oregon recently discussed their thoughts on mothering vs. grand-mothering. They were interviewed for the Charbonneau Villager newspaper and shared that although they instill many of the same values in their grandchildren as they did with their children, they feel relieved to no longer deal with the day-to-day demands of parenting.
