Active Aging Week is September 24-30 and is designed to call attention to and wholeheartedly celebrate the positivity of aging. This year’s theme is “Ignite Your Passion” and at SpringRidge at Charbonneau, our active retirement community in Wilsonville, Ore., the Program Department has planned events throughout the week to encourage residents to do just this! A ukulele class will offer residents the perfect venue to express themselves…musically. They can also try Line Dancing, providing self-expression through movement.
