It’s Healthy Aging Month, designed to focus national attention on the positive aspects of growing older. From having meaningful social connections to physical and mental fitness, there are numerous activities older adults can engage in to age well.  At Senior Resource Group, our communities create environments to promote healthy aging. Our Program Directors work tirelessly to develop stimulating activities, exciting outings, and invigorating exercise classes for our residents who have the option of being as active or relaxed as they wish. With a wealth of healthy aging options at their fingertips, it’s no wonder our residents continue to lead such vibrant lives well into their 90s and beyond.
