Sergeant Milton “Milt” Koosman, a resident at The Carlisle Naples in Southwest Florida, will be among 72veterans participating in the Collier County Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. The organization’s mission is to transport local veterans to visit the memorials that are dedicated to honoring their service and sacrifices. Mr. Koosman will also be recognized during a special Veterans Pinning Ceremony at The Carlisle Naples along with other resident-veterans including Lt.
