With the wealth of fitness programs offered at SRG senior living communities, residents can indulge in the season’s most decadent desserts and treats without the guilt. At Narrows Glen in Washington, for example, residents are invited to a Jingle Bell Rock n’ Roll Drumming class. The Zest Department will lead this small-group activity, encouraging participants to drum to upbeat holiday music such as “Joy to the World” and “All I Want for Christmas is You.” Everyone is encouraged to dress in themed attire to add to the festivities.
