There’s so much to do at our active retirement communities—from educational pursuits to fitness programs. At Marvilla Scottsdale in Arizona, for example, residents are invited to tap into their creativity and be inspired by their neighbors. Art instructor John Erwin, who studied with Dianne Maxie, Dick Phillips and Milford Zornes, will guide participants of all levels as they create a stunning painting. An art show held at the community will also provide an opportunity for resident-artists to show off their masterpieces.
