Research shows that keeping one’s brain constantly engaged may help stave off mental and physical ailments and disease. At Maravilla Scottsdale in Arizona, the community has partnered with Arizona State University’s Osher Lifelong Learning Program (OLLI) to bring college-level courses to residents and older adults throughout the Scottsdale area. Today, Maravilla Scottsdale is hosting a Kickoff Party for its OLLI program. A representative will be at the community to discuss the exciting new classes being offered during the upcoming semester. Lifelong learning has been called a “health club for your brain” and residents are reaping the rewards!
