Maravilla Scottsdale, one of our active retirement communities in Arizona, has partnered with Northern Arizona University’s Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program. NAU students recently spent a day at the community to engage with residents and demonstrate their skills in promoting sustainable health, wellbeing and quality of life. Residents helped the students conduct activities that were beneficial to their occupational needs. The partnership is a win-win for both residents and program participants. This is just one of the many partnerships our communities have with local colleges and universities.
