May is National Bike Month! Established in 1956, it was designed to showcase the many benefits of bicycling and encourage more people to try the activity. Maravilla Scottsdale, our active retirement community in Arizona, there is a very active group of bikers known as the “Biker Babes”. They’ll invite their neighbors to join them as they bike along the Green Belt. Biking has been shown to reduce the risk of health problems such as strokes and heart attacks.
