Research shows intergenerational programs are beneficial to the young and young at heart. At Marvilla at The Domain in Texas, students from the University of Texas will join residents for a program celebrating the state’s rich history. They’ll meet with the active retirement community’s acting group, The Maravilla Actors, to perform poetry, songs, and monologues that pay tribute to “The Lone Star State.”
