Each month at SRG senior living communities, residents meet with our chefs to provide their feedback on the restaurant’s menu and sample upcoming selections during a “Let’s Dish” session. The chef will often entertain residents with themed cooking demonstrations and provide delicious samples. At Maravilla in Santa Barbara, Calif., the theme for this month was patriotic foods. Residents learned the interesting history of their favorite all-American dishes and tasted some of the chef’s specialties.
