The Kensington Chef Dishes on Superfoods

Each month, SRG communities host a “Let’s Dish” session, inviting residents to meet with the executive chef and the culinary team for a cooking demonstration, food presentation or to learn about upcoming items selected for the onsite restaurant’s menu. At The Kensington in Walnut Creek, Calif., for example, residents will have an opportunity to learn about the healthy superfood, kumquats. The culinary staff will share insights into how and where they are produced and share their favorite recipe using kumquats. Residents will also be provided with fresh samples to enjoy.
