Intergenerational Activities Benefit Young and Young at Heart
02-18-2020

Research shows intergenerational programs can have a tremendous impact on everyone involved. Zest Directors at SRG senior living communities often plan programs that pair residents with children, teens and young adults. Villa Hermosa in Tucson, AZ, recently invited students from a local elementary school to work on a Valentine’s Day-themed craft project with residents. At SpringRidge at Charbonneau in Oregon, residents are participating in a history project with fourth graders and at The Heritage Tradition, a Senior Prom will bring residents and teenagers together for a night of fun.
