Intergenerational activities have been shown to benefit young and old alike. Today, residents at The Heritage Tradition, our active retirement community in Sun City West, will spend the morning touring Desert Oasis School. The Heritage Tradition has partnered with the school, with residents volunteering to help students improve their reading skills. The one-on-one sessions will kick off next year and residents are looking forward to imparting their knowledge on the next generation.
