Our communities’ comprehensive calendar or fitness and wellness programs will continue throughout the month, enabling residents to continue their healthy lifestyles and limit opportunities for unwanted weight gain. From traditional classes such as Water Aerobics, Stretch & Tone and Yoga to nontraditional activities such as belly dancing, Zumba Gold and Wii bowling, residents’ options are unlimited. Our state-of-the-art fitness centers with equipment specially designed for older adults, offer yet another venue for exercise.
