Executive Chefs Dish with Superfood Kale

Each month, the executive chefs at SRG senior living communities host a “Let’s Dish” session, inviting residents to learn about upcoming menu items and share their feedback on the dining experience. With social distancing guidelines in place, the program is now offered virtually. Residents can enjoy live cooking demonstrations and even cook along with the culinary team. In January, our “Food of the Month” is kale. Jam-packed with vitamins, this leafy green packs a powerful punch of antioxidants, nutrients and is a good source of Omega-3.
