Chinese ribbon dancing is an exquisite ancient art form originating in Asia. In addition, this dance style is an imaginative way to exercise by honing in on both balance and grace. Coventry Place, our active retirement community in San Francisco, has added this invigorating new activity to the robust fitness calendar. Chinese ribbon dancing can help spark creativity, mindfulness and artistic flow – all resulting in a more relaxed state.  It’s also a wonderful way to invigorate and stimulate the body!
