There’s so much to be grateful for, and at The Carlisle Naples, our active retirement community in Naples, residents are celebrating gratitude all month long! Residents will have an opportunity to write notes of gratitude to each other and staff and drop them in a centrally-located Gratitude Box. A nice note goes a long way in repaying an act of kindness. Research shows expressing gratitude helps us focus on more positive emotions and can improve our overall health.
