The Carlisle Hosts “Let’s Dish” Session

The Executive Chef at The Carlisle Naples works closely with residents to refine the community’s dining service and daily menus and often solicits their feedback. Each month, Chef Perez hosts a “Let’s Dish” session, inviting residents to speak directly with the culinary team, sample new dishes and even share their own family recipes. During December’s “Let’s Dish,” he discussed the health benefit of sweet potatoes and shared how they can be incorporated into holiday menus.
