Mardi Gras, or “Fat Tuesday”, is the last day before the start of Lent. The dazzle of gold, green and purple will be the theme for The Carlisle’s annual Mardi Gras party. Residents at the active retirement community in Southwest Florida will don Harlequin masks and layers of beads for a spectacular Masquerade Soiree. The “Velvet Touch” band will be “in the house” supplying the rhythms of the Mardi Gras season. The fun begins with tasty libations and crab cake appetizers followed by a Louisiana inspired menu. Living at The Carlisle Naples means you don’t need to be in New Orleans to dance and parade for Mardi Gras!
