February is Black History Month, celebrating the contributions of African-Americans to our nation. SRG senior living communities are marking the observance with special presentations and film screenings. At The Piedmont at Buckhead in Atlanta, for example, residents will welcome Professor John Tilford of Oglethorpe University to discuss the fascinating lives and works of three prominent African American artists: Romare Bearden, Elizabeth Catlett, and Augusts Savage.
