The Kensington’s health and wellness program offers something for everyone, regardless of fitness level. For example, the senior living community has a very active walking group, Club Walk ‘n Roll. Residents meet in the lobby every Wednesday morning for a stroll around the community. Best of all, they can walk at their own pace. With so many health benefits of staying active, there’s no better time to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
