Opportunities abound for physical fitness at The Kensington. Though residents are social distancing, there are numerous classes designed for all fitness levels and goals. For residents who wish to alleviate the pain often associated with arthritis, a special class is offered daily. The senior living community also hosts a popular balance program and weekly outdoor strength training activity, led by the onsite physical therapy department. At The Kensington, fitness matters!
