Engage with the Younger Generation

Assisteens Auxiliary is a nonprofit, volunteer organization comprised of 60 teenagers in grades 7 through 12 to learn the value of volunteering as well as developing leadership and organizational skills. The Diablo Valley Chapter’s Assisteens will visit residents at The Kensington for a spirited and intergenerational game of volleyball, followed by crafting Valentine’s Day cards together. When different generations of people gather, they all learn new and valuable skills.
