Villa Hermosa is pleased to offer a series of exercise classes centered around the theory of mindfulness. Residents will have several opportunities to attend classes on Tai Chi and Relaxation & Renewal topics. Mindfulness can help build emotional health, increase focus and energy, and improve one’s overall well being.
