Take a Yoga Class

Residents of Narrows Glen are invited to join a certified yoga instructor for an hour of stretching and relaxation. Tuladhara Yoga is only one of many forms of this ancient practice. The gentle exercises are suitable for participants of all ages and abilities. Some of the benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, mindfulness, and improved overall physical health.
