He’ll share delicious ways to incorporate superfood kale into your diet by making a delicious breakfast incorporating kale, banana, quinoa, wheatgrass, pomegranate seeds, kiwi and pumpkin seeds. The popularity of the vegetable skyrocketed five years ago, but kale dates back to the Middle Ages. It is nutrition-packed with  vitamins A, K, B6 and C, calcium, potassium, copper and magnesium.
