Cycle for Fun and Fitness

Cycling is a terrific exercise for older adults as it is easier on the joints and bones than other forms of aerobic exercise. It also benefits cardiac health and muscle strength. Residents of Narrows Glen are invited to join an indoor spin class, where participants will ride for 10 minutes intervals, then stop and stretch. Each interval will increase in intensity. The spin class is one of the many fitness opportunities available at the active retirement community.
