Compete in an Ultra-Marathon

In March 2021, Narrows Glen residents shattered their goal to collectively walk the distance of a marathon (26.2 miles). This year, they set their sights on an ultra-marathon (42 miles). Participants will use pedometers and fitness trackers to log their miles each time they walk, and at the end of March, all the miles will be tallied. Research shows walking offers a wealth of health benefits such as lowering blood pressure and the risk of chronic disease. Go team Narrows Glen!
