My only comment is that Sharon is not able to confirm information regarding availability upon our visit. It seems there is a lot of 'wait and see' to 'confirm' when your house managers can have units ready.

Our visit was very informative. Mia was very cheerful and knowledgeable about what Narrows Glen has to offer. In addition, both Sharon, and Emma in the dining room, are wonderful assets to your program. Everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable. It was truly a wonderful afternoon. Thank you.

Wonderful staff. It is always clean and the employees work hard. They are towards the end of a major remodel and it looks wonderfully! The staff has done an excellent job making sure the residents are comfortable during the remodel. It is clear that the employees care deeply for the residents. I love the location also. Close to so much fun and the necessities!

We greatly appreciated the time that Mia took with us, showing us the community and answering any questions we had. Since we were visiting during lunch time, she made a reservation for lunch so that we could experience the dining experience. I had a couple follow-up questions after I got home and called her back. She didn't have specific answers but got back to me the following day, as promised.

On this visit I only "closed the deal" for moving in. In previous visits I liked what I saw and heard and was impressed with the friendliness and "warmth" of both staff and residents. Concerns and questions were addressed and answered. Comfortable experience in what could be a bit stressful at this point in life.

Jason is spectacularly patient and accommodating. I appreciate that he was honest about what could be accommodated in the way of requested changes in a unit, and did not over promise to make a sale. At the conclusion of our second visit my aunt felt comfortable selecting an apartment and put down a deposit.

Jason, as was Stephenie with whom I had the first tour, was professional, personable, keenly aware of every detail of the facility and all services offered. I am still very impressed and have intentions to have my parents become residents.

Your phasing out built-in A/C in the units is a big disadvantage to recommending this community. Temporary units are not as good and may need a wiring upgrade. Keeping seniors at a comfortable temperature is a priority for me. The staff at your facility was much more friendly and attentive than any other facilities I have visited.

I just moved my grandma in a few days ago and was highly impressed by the attention she got from all the staff. Narrows Glen has recently been purchased by SRG, so they renovating and have made many improvements throughout the building and with staffing. The nurses and caregivers are caring and were constantly looking in to see if my grandma was ok. The front desk people knew everyone's name, and all staff were so quick to come and help with whatever we needed. Hopefully these great improvements will continue.
