Take a Spinning Class

At The Heritage Tradition, residents are spinning to better health! The active retirement community offers a weekly spinning class, motivating residents to lead a healthier lifestyle. Spinning, also known as cycling, has many benefits, including burning calories, strengthening your core and increasing cardiovascular health. It is a fun, low-impact workout that is also gentle on the back, hips, knees and ankles.
