The Heritage Tradition offers an aquatic exercise class twice a week. Water fitness takes pressure off joints and muscles while using the natural resistance of the water. The active retirement community's fitness instructor works with class participants on stretching in a buoyant atmosphere to ease stiffness, gain strength and improve balance. Aqua exercise is a great option for all skill levels to enjoy a low impact workout. The class is just one of many opportunities for fitness classes offered by The Heritage Tradition.
