Strike a Yoga Pose

Twice a week, residents at The Foothills at Simi Valley are guided through yoga poses that are focused on breathing and meditation. The class is offered in a small group setting to ensure plenty of social distancing.  Yoga has been shown to improve mental and physical health, relieve stress, and alleviate muscle aches. The workout is only one of the many fitness activities available at the senior living community.
