Our tour was wonderful. Every staff member introduced themselves and very nice. Lee was awesome and the remodel of the community is beautiful! Unfortunately my mom has taken a turn for the worse and has passed away.

Jackie. Wow! We really like the place and it is one of our Final 5 for my mom to come and see for herself. The place is so nice, and the other staff with whom we interacted (Vicki in the dining room and a few caretakers who wandered by us during our visit) were all so friendly. But Jackie is just awesome! Loved her! She had a refreshment platter delivered to us while we talked! So classy. So considerate. I can’t wait for my mom to see it!

Found the prices high and a kitchenette in the rooms would be nice. The facility is beautiful designed and decorated !

Although an extremely clean, modern facility with excellent food, the apartments are much too small to accommodate our needs. No bath and no kitcnette are also negative factors.

Very nice facility, clean, bright. Jodie and Lee were great in giving insight and information about senior living. We will consider this and other SRG residences when the right time for us to move. Thank you so much. It was a great learn and tour experience

Jodi is the best. First visit was me & my sister. This visit we brought our other sister & Dad. Jodi was so wonderful with Dad & took the time to thoroughly answer all his questions & his concerns. She is an absolute gem & so easy to work with & gracious with her time & clearly shows her love & concern for all the clients & their families.

During my visit and touring the facility I noticed all staff members I ran across were very friendly and all smiled. Jackie introduced to me to Hugo , who also was very nice. Jackie was very accommodating.

The place is great! My mom loved it. It is decorated so beautiful. The staff is very nice and they call you by your name and make sure you have everything you want. Love the place.

Our father has been at the Foothills for about 8 months and we are so grateful for the kind and compassionate care he receives there. Our experiences with ALL the staff members have been so positive. I would love to list all of them by name, but I'd be too afraid to forget someone. It is such a relief to know our dad is safe, happy, and well cared for.

We were invited to a Jazz night and to see the services. Everything was so beautiful, all of your services I could see was wonderful. My concern was how small the room was, I just wouldn't be able to get rid of everything I owned. However, if my husband got sick and needed special care, we would consider it.

Jodie was amazing. She made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. My mother-in-law really enjoyed the visit and is now more open to assisted living.

The only recommendation I have would be to train whomever answered the phone to be friendlier. When I called to set up a tour after emailing the facility for information, the receptionist was not friendly at all when I asked to speak to Jodi. Those initial impressions are crucial, and her attitude on the phone was less than appealing.

Everyone was so nice and pleasant. They were very sincere and made me feel a home. I could tell they all new all of the seniors living there by first name.
