Each week, The Foothills a Simi Valley offers more than 10 opportunities for physical fitness. From fun workouts such as Noodle Balloons to Seated Basketball to more traditional fitness classes like Yoga, the senior living community has a class for every fitness level. The Pilates class is especially popular and is good for the body as well as the mind. Instructor Ciera Lovezzo leads residents in the 30-minute class which is perfect for residents seeking a low-impact workout with proven results.
