The Village at Sherman Oaks residents have plenty of opportunities to work up a sweat and burn off any extra holiday calories. Boxercise, for example, is offered three times a week and is a great way to stay physically active. The class promotes hand-eye coordination and upper body strength. Plus, boxing has also been shown to improve the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. At The Village at Sherman Oaks, fitness matters!
