Practice Tai Chi

Instructor Janet Gee will lead residents of Cypress at Golden Gate in the practice of Tai Chi.  The ultimate purpose of tai chi is to cultivate the qi, or life energy within us, to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body. These exercises, practiced by seniors all over the world, incorporate breathing, visualization, and movement to work the whole body.
