Fitness matters at Cypress at Golden Gate! With social distancing in mind, the senior living community offers daily fitness classes to encourage residents to improve their fitness goals and lead an active, vibrant lifestyle. During Strength & Conditioning, for example, residents may use light weights or resistance bands to build strength and strengthen their core. The class is just one of the many opportunities for health and wellness offered at Cypress at Golden Gate.
