Try a Silk Scarves Workout

Each week, our residents are motivated and encouraged to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. A new workout has been added to our senior living community’s robust fitness calendar that incorporates silk scarves. Under the guidance of a fitness instructor, residents will use two scarves to emulate a dancer’s swirling to create a magical routine. The classes’ movements have been shown to build upper body and core strength.
