My now-98-year-old grandmother has lived here for almost 4 years now, and I used to visit her every week with my family. Once moved to SF, I started visiting a few times a week (pre-COVID.) Staff is warm, friendly, and they know residents' names. I love the woman who does my grandmother's sheets--she speaks with my grandmother in Cantonese, has two kids (one went to Lowell and is now at UCLA!) and is just wonderful. Also shoutout to the front-desk staff--I feel comfortable and safe knowing my grandmother is safe and well-taken-care-of. I love the events they host for residents, their (pre-COVID) workout classes, afternoon tea/coffee, decorations for holidays...would recommend!

Daniel was extremely thorough, answering/completing and sending back to us a detailed questionnaire sent to him prior to our visit. The answers helped to focus our visit. He was also very helpful in introducing us to key staff including the Zest Director and Assisted Living Director, who generously provided time to answer our questions.

I would have moved my friend to Coventry, but her condition has deteriorated considerably. Hospice only is my only option.

I didn't do the tour myself. My mom did because, no matter what I thought, if she didn't like it there would be no point in choosing Coventry. She loved it. And, I've loved working with Minoo. From the first time I contacted Conventry Place, Minoo has been so helpful. She continues to follow-up and respond to calls and emails in a timely manner. I'm confident Conventry is a great fit for mom, which will give me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you!

Upon inquiry regarding Coventry Place, I received a follow up call within two hours. Minoo provided me with a lot of important, detailed and clear information. A tour appointment was then arranged with Daniel Frias Vidal. I loved Coventry Place! Daniel and I spoke at length in regards to my sister, Michelle, who has been diagnosed with ALS and is now in need of an Assisted Living community. Daniel then took me on a tour and showed me all of the amenities that are available. I was also able to see two vacant studio apartments and the model apartment with furnishings. He knows all residents by name and is extremely pleasant, very professional. You can tell he is very proud of this community and what it has to offer. I told my best friend, if I needed to place you in an Assisted Living Community, I would feel confident you would be safe and happy in this environment.

I really loved the flexibility and variety of care options and activities and the warmth and attention of staff and witnessed residents enjoying themselves and felt very comfortable and welcome. Daniel is an outstanding representative and very kind and thoughtful man.

Minoo Parsa was an absolute delight. She was an insightful listener, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable in regard to Coventry Place. Also, she was easy to talk to...down to earth. In fact she naturally brought out this introvert's extrovert side! I almost didn't want to leave. I was also impressed that she knew names of, and so warmly engaged with other members of the staff as well as the residents. She made Coventry Place feel like home. Fred Schoen

Very attractive, appeared clean and well kept. Especially liked the meal arrangements. Units were pretty small, but nicely "furnished" (kitchenettes, bathroom). When I decide to move, Coventry is my first choice.

My mom has been at Coventry for the past three owners. We are very pleased with the new management. The staff that interact with my mom are exceptional. They are very loving and caring and took excellent care of my mom when she got sick. It isn't perfect but from where I sit, I can tell that they are continually working to improve life for their residents.

Mr Meyer made all 3 of us (mom, my sister & me) feel welcomed. As we toured the facility, his interactions w the residents & w staff were all positive & warm. We felt very comfortable touring the facility & appreciated all the amenities provided to make residents feel at home.
