The Chateau on Capitol found a heartwarming way for residents to get movin' while staying safe and enjoying the beautiful summer weather.
The community's Zest team created a fun, inspiring hopscotch, hand-drawn with colorful chalk, with each square featuring a different physical activity. From leg raises to taking deep breaths and smiling, residents enjoyed this fun burst of happiness that brightened their day.
