Residents at The Chateau on Capitol Avenue now have a twice weekly opportunity to lace up their walking shoes and enjoy a fitness walk through our neighborhood. Walking has been scientifically proven to improve one’s mood, lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease. In addition, it is a fun social activity that incorporates friends with fresh air! The Chateau on Capitol Avenue is proud to offer a variety of exercise programs for fitness levels.
